C Corporation and S Corporation

New Hampshire Corporation Tax Deadlines for 2024

You must file & pay Business Profits Tax in New Hampshire by April 15, 2025.

File Online with the New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration. File by Mail must be postmarked by the due date.

Applicable forms:

  • BET – Business Enterprise Tax Return
  • Form NH-1120 – New Hampshire Business Profits Tax Return

Extension to File Taxes in New Hampshire for 2024

You must send payment for taxes in New Hampshire for the fiscal year 2024 by April 15, 2025.

The Extension Deadline is November 15, 2025, to file your New Hampshire corporate income tax return.

If you have paid 100% of the BET and BPT determined to be due by the due date of the tax, you will be granted an automatic 7-month extension to file your New Hampshire BET and BPT returns.

This is an extension to FILE, not an extension to PAY – payment is still due April 15, 2025.

New Hampshire Partnership Tax Deadlines for 2024

ou must file in New Hampshire by March 15, 2025.

File Online with the New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration. File by Mail must be postmarked by the due date.

NH-1065 – Partnership Business Profits Tax Return

New Hampshire imposes the Interest and Dividends Tax on residents who receive interest and dividend income from investments.

The due date for filing and payment is April 15, 2025.

Applicable forms:

  • Form DP-10 – New Hampshire Interest & Dividends Tax Return.

Extension to File Taxes in New Hampshire for 2024

If you have paid 100% of the Interest & Dividends tax determined to be due by the due date of the tax, you will be granted an automatic 7-month extension to file your New Hampshire Interest and Dividends tax without filing Form DP-59-A.

An extension of time to file does not extend the time to pay the tax due. Payment is still due by April 15, 2025.
